Lost my Toolbars

Really like Backbox but i seemed to have lost my toolbar where i can click 'File' 'Edit' 'View' and '-' '+' '='
I know its a noob question...can someone help me out?

Here you go ALCH3M1ST try this out  ;)

This is taken from my previous post a few days ago on this subject. Hope it helps you out OZ   


This is most likely the cause, the .cache folder is corrupt . Here's what to do. Open your home folder. Under "View", select "Show Hidden" by pressing   CTRL + H     Now all you have to do is rename .cache to something like .cachebak and reboot. The system will create a new .cache.Don't forget to reboot so it rebuilds the cache.

If that doesn't work I put 2 more things you could try below 

try typing this into terminal to fix your windows..


if not try the below as well..

xfwm4 --replace

sudo rm -rf ~/.cache/xfce*

or if that doesnt work try this

gtk-window-decorator &
