ok i have a problem what virtual machine do you recommend for Linux currently i am using Virtual-box but it lag's && takes for ever i want to use VMWare but idk if it lag's what do you suggest.

The problem with the lag might be you didn't add enough memory on it. Even with Vmware it will do the same thing. Every virutal machine I create I at least put 2/3 gig of memory so it could run better. Try to increate your memory on the machine.

Yeah you may have too little memory and cpu allocated to the virtual machine or also you may not have installed virtual tools as well.

I agree with n1tr0g3n, Check memory / cpu allocation to the virtual machine, also, make sure you have enough free space in your virtual disk

They are right..I had same problem and i increased memory and CPU allowcation and it was all good.
Now I can not distinguish between vm and normal boot OS as far as speed goes.
I'm running i5 processor with 8 gig ram on wheezy.

Id be surprised if it was anything else.

Also I would note to install the VirtualBox Extension Pack as well, it will help out in a bunch of different ways. it's the second section of downloads on this link.
