Which BT os?? do we use with VMBOX Windows based platform
« on: November 04, 2013, 12:53:27 PM »
Read what I could but didn't get the answer I was seeking!!..So the confusion lies in do I run the BT5R3-GNOME-32-VM version with the VirtualBox 4.3.2 for Windows hosts??..Or do I run the BT5R3-GNOME-32/64 version?? ???
Is that the reason there's a Vm version of BT5 just for operational compatibility with VMWARE, instead of pushing the x86 platform of BT5 onto VMWARE??
Just don't want to rip hair out setting up incorrectly from the get go!!
BTW Ive always booted earliar versions BT in the past by either thumb drive or CD, and I see the clear advantage of using the VMWARE to do the same thing, so I'm in uncharted waters here, and thus lies the confusion!!..Thanks for any clarification!
