Ok i find the solution is here archassault.org after put inside the pacman.conf the archassaut server type in terminal  sudo -i dirmngr and take this

[root@darkvn ~]# sudo -i dirmngr
dirmngr[1016.0]: error opening '/root/.gnupg/dirmngr_ldapservers.conf': No such file or directory
dirmngr[1016.0]: permanently loaded certificates: 0
dirmngr[1016.0]:     runtime cached certificates: 0
dirmngr[1016.0]: failed to open cache dir file '/root/.gnupg/dirmngr-cache.d/DIR.txt': No such file or directory
dirmngr[1016.0]: creating directory '/root/.gnupg'
dirmngr[1016.0]: creating directory '/root/.gnupg/dirmngr-cache.d'
dirmngr[1016.0]: new cache dir file '/root/.gnupg/dirmngr-cache.d/DIR.txt' created
# Home: ~/.gnupg
# Config: [none]
OK Dirmngr 2.1.0 at your service

and then run in terminal pacman-key -r CC1D2606 && pacman-key --lsign-key CC1D2606
and it is ok, just in case for someone have this problem with error key. :) :)

Just a heads up Manjaro is not supported by us as they don't follow closely ArchLinux standards, you may have issues. We will not be providing support for it.
