So...More phones, more packaging.

OK ladies and gentlemen....start your engines.

It looks like there is a simple glued flap located on the bottom of the cardboard box.  The real protection is likely the plastic casing.  There are a miriad of tamper evident techniques from which to choose.  To get to challange we need to remove this cardboard POS.

Tight edges...glued down over the full length.

There is an outside cardboard box.  There is also an inner plastic case that we can see from the outside.

We are going to try heat first.  Many glues respond well to a little time under the drier. Knife soaking in hot water just in case.

The dryer loosened it up, but I am having to get this thing damn hot to get some movement. Better break out the knife.

Look at this... worked like a charm.  A little blade action and voila!

Ok now for the tough part...I think.  Upon closer inspection...the plastic pops right open.  It is not taped, sealed, glued,...NOTHING!!!!!

Well I put it all back together...nice and neat.  You were always taught to leave things better than I found them right? ;).  A little heat to seal things back up.

Can you spot the virgin? I know I can't.

Here we go! One untouched phone box, and one box seemingly untouched sans telefono.

Alright kids, what have we learned today?  Certainly not to use these phones as a daily driver.  Who the hell knows what kind of junk is already in here?  I suppose we could look, but can we really ever feel safe?

Now, I can think of a couple of horrible things I could do if I was not as nice a person as my mother thinks I am.  I will leave that to the imagination.

Happy Hunting :)
