"Setup was unable to creat a new system partition".

This has been appearing more and more often. People installing T.H.S. or any other Linux distro as their main (OS) and latter on want to return to Windows, or want to dual-boot, but cant because windows wont auto clean your HD. Giving you this error "Setup was unable to create a new system partition ". A lot of forums have overkill SETUP directions that take about 6 hours. Lets cut it down to 7.8 minutes.
Boot from DVD/CD/USB
Once you get here

Press SHIFT + F10
you will be presented with the command prompt.
Type this codes one by one.
Code: [Select]
DiskPart <ENTER>
list disk <ENTER>
select disk 0 <ENTER>
clean <ENTER>
(It should only take bit)
Code: [Select]
create partition primary align=1100 <ENTER>
format fs=ntfs <ENTER>
(this one will take up some time so get a drink 4 minutes)
Code: [Select]
assign <ENTER>
active <ENTER>
exit <ENTER>
might need to type it once more.
Code: [Select]
exit <ENTER>
~
It should now give you the GUI installation window. Do NOT create another partition, use the main one that appears.
You should now be able to fully install Windows.
Hope it helps =)
