recon-ng install
« on: April 19, 2014, 09:29:35 PM »
anyone installed recon-ng on their mac running mavericks.

I followed the install directions, but when I cd into recon-ng and then run ./recon-ng.py I get an error "No such file or directory".  I ran ls -l and is shows  recon-ng.py as an executable file and that I have executable permissions.

I am at a loss, I can not get it to run, any suggestions or feedback is greatly appreciated.

thanks guys

Do you have the right permission on the file?

chmod +x recon-ng

Try that and see if that works for you .

i tired that I will try it again.  it is so odd, I am wondering if it has to do with Mavericks, as recon-ng literature says it was tested on and up to mountain lion
